Personal, in-store Shopping Appointments:
1.Please fully complete the checkout process including processing payment (nothing will be charged but your appointment will be secured) in order to secure your desired time & date. An email confirmation will be sent to you. If you have not gotten a confirmation via email your appointment is not booked and a step has been missed.
2. Please ensure a minimum of 24 hours are given should you need to cancel or re schedule your appointment
3. If you are experiencing any symptoms (cough, sore throat, runny nose, difficulty breathing) please wait to book your appointment until you are 100% healthy.
4. If you are in quarantine or self isolation as a result of travel and or are showing any symptoms, please wait to book your appointment until your quarantine/self isolation is complete and you are 100% healthy.
5. You may share your shopping appointment with one additional individual of your choosing for a maximum of 2 people total in including you (as long as that individual is 100% healthy and not in quarantine or self isolation). Only 1 change room will be available and open and only 1 person will be permitted in the change room and change room area at a time.
Please ring the doorbell beside the door handle to alert us that you have arrived. You will be asked a series of questions prior to entering the Boutique & required to remove any outside gloves as well as sanitize your hands upon entry with provided hand sanitizer for your personal shopping appointment. Should you wish to wear gloves, disposable ones are provided. We want to ensure everyone's health and safety. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
